Impact is a technology and consulting company specializing in digital transformation with the vision to grow Indonesia’s economy through helping businesses and the workforce through software, data, education, and community.
We are a lean company (and will continue to be) with a flat organizational structure, yet we wish to maximize our impact for our nation and eventually the world. Purpose & Mission
As a Functional Consultant your main goal is to increase lead conversion, you will provide advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes. The Consultant will give recommendations and technology-based solutions to help our clients develop their business process automation system, by analyzing various sustainable methods and solutions that meet their required structure.
The Functional Consultant is a suitable role for you if you are looking to deepen your skills and enhance your knowledge in business process and analysis from all aspects and perspectives since you will be exposed to business owners of small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises.

You’ll help us to:
- Create or evaluate a breakdown of client’s business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements to propose a good alternative solution
- Assessing client’s requirements to analyze pain points, core problems, business insights and project worth.
- Conducting product demos for our clients – Present and discuss technology solutions with both internal team and client stakeholder.
- Reporting detailed progress and data driven analysis that contain insights and suggestions for the Impact team.
- Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from Accounting/computer science/computer information systems/engineering/business or related field or equivalent with min. GPA 3.5 of 4.00
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience from Consulting Advisory (and any related experience in business consultancy will be considered the most).
- Passionate about improving business through software and data.
- Excellent communication skill, to perform outstanding delivery of business improvement recommendations and solutions to our customers.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skill
- Dependable with excellent adaptability, data-driven, startup, growth mindset and think outside the box.
Ideal candidates may have the following:
- Working in a consulting/project team for a consulting advisory firm or tech company.
- Demonstrated expertise across market industries such as Wholesale distribution, Trading, Kitchen Appliances, and Omni Channels.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience with qualitative research, an understanding of customer pathways, and knowledge of digital platforms is a plus.
