Impact is a technology and consulting company specializing in digital transformation with the vision to grow Indonesia’s economy through helping businesses and the workforce through software, data, education, and community.
We are a lean company (and will continue to be) with a flat organizational structure, yet we wish to maximize our impact for our nation and eventually the world. Therefore our philosophy is to be (and we are looking for people who are) data-driven, able to identify the real pain points (which is surprisingly hard), and can come up with out-of-the-box yet practical permanent solutions.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will not only work inside the Digital Marketing team, but also with various teams (product, business development, people, customer success) to align digital marketing strategies. Our team has been very small and we are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist who shares the same vision (and how to get there), can work independently without constant supervision, looking forward to venture into areas other than your specialty, and growing and managing a team.

Job Description
• Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive approach to performance measurement of web content, surfacing insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, etc, from various internal reporting.
• Manage search ads and display ads, including creating new campaigns, execute tests, along with optimizing copy and landing pages.
The Qualification
- Bachelor Graduate with min. GPA 3.50/4.00 from any major is welcome (Applied Math / Engineering is preferred)
- Min. 2 years experience in growth strategy of B2B Tech market
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaign.
- Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Must have traits: Data-driven, out-of-the box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills.
- Have a passion in building and growing a team is preferred.
