Impact is a technology and consulting company specializing in digital transformation with the vision to grow Indonesia’s economy through helping businesses and the workforce through software, data, education, and community. 

We are a lean company (and will continue to be) with a flat organizational structure, yet we wish to maximize our impact for our nation and eventually the world. Therefore our philosophy is to be (and we are looking for people who are) data-driven, able to identify the real pain points (which is surprisingly hard), and can come up with out-of-the-box yet practical permanent solutions.

Data, brainstorming, and research are essential to live what we preach, so people who are open-minded, goal-oriented, independent yet good team players, humble, and have clear vision and tenacity tend to fit us better. Somehow, people who care about social impact also tend to fit us better, although we still don’t know why.

As our Business Development & Partnership, your main goals are:

  • Increase outbound-approach conversion 
  • Increase client retention rate
  • Provide the right solution to solve real business problems

Our Business Development & Partnership is responsible to help our clients and partners to identify ways to improve their processes of digitalization and provide solution-approaches to business problems they are facing along the way. Business Development & Partnership will also contribute to giving insights for company’s growth and product development by providing data from Industry updates, market trends and customer behavior.

Job Description

  • Develop growth strategies and channel partnership to leverage business communities
  • Become a product expert – have a deep understanding on our industry and solutions, laying out business value of product offering
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing account (business owners and other decision makers) 
  • Provide detailed progress and data driven analysis that contain insights and plan suggestions 
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional team – develop strategic outbound & inbound target lists and strategies for initiate short and long-term actionable business plans
  • Determine the most effective approach to pursue new business opportunities and possibilities for product enhancement

The Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree with min GPA 3.5 out of 4.00 from any field
  • Min 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Growth, Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role in tech industry
  • Experienced in B2B tech market in a startup tech company are preferred
  • Passionate about improving business through software and data
  • Deep understanding of business process of the following industry but not limited to: manufacturing, wholesaler distribution
  • Dependable with excellent adaptability, data-driven, growth mindset, good communication skills
