Senior DevOps Engineer (Odoo & Enterprise Applications)

What you will be doing

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor production systems for enterprise and B2B SaaS environments
• Ensure platform stability, high availability, and SLA compliance across multiple environments (prod, staging, sandbox)
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines with minimal deployment risk
• Support customer environments and collaborate closely with product, security, and support teams
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices aligned with ISO 27001 / ISO 27002 and security best practices
• Improve system reliability, monitoring, backup, and incident response processes

Requirements

Core DevOps experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• DevOps for Odoo (deploying and maintaining Odoo for enterprises or high-traffic systems)
• DevOps in IT consulting, including security standards and compliance-driven projects
• B2B SaaS DevOps, supporting multi-tenant platforms with high availability and SLAs

Platform & operations

• Experience managing Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and production workloads
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and rollback strategies
• Experience supporting multiple environments (production, staging, sandbox)

Security & compliance

• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps aligned with ISO 27001
• Familiar with ISO 27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS controls, and ITIL practices
• Experience working with security, audit, or compliance teams (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR is a plus)

Mindset & collaboration

• Strong sense of ownership for system reliability and security
• Comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Full-time remote working
